Ron owned or operated mid-market businesses that were sold to larger industry or strategic buyers prior to forming Catalyst. Ron holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Ron serves on the boards of numerous privately held corporations, on the Board of LHC Group (NASDAQ, LHCG), and various Civic Boards. |

| Rick is a founding principal at The Catalyst Group, and a former commercial and investment banker, and has served as a strategic consultant for a Big 4 financial services firm. Rick serves on the boards of numerous privately held corporations. Rick holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin (where he was the Kozmetsky Award Winner) and is a CPA. |

| Mr. Weathers is a principal at The Catalyst Group. Prior to joining Catalyst in 2005, Walter assisted companies in capital formation having worked for both Credit Suisse First Boston and Blossom Street Capital. Additionally, Walter worked in the corporate finance group for Lyondell Chemical Company for three years. Walter holds a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to attending business school, Walter served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. |

Dianne holds a B. S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is a CPA. Prior to joining Catalyst in 2002, Dianne was an Assurance Services Manager with Grant Thornton LLP. Dianne has also served as an Assistant Manager in the corporate accounting department of AIM Management Group, Inc. Dianne currently serves as the Controller for The Catalyst Group and certain of its affiliates.
