Roger is a principal at The Catalyst Group.  Previously he was a founder, owner, and president of R&D Systems, (currently operating under the name: Infor Distribution Essentials), a highly successful software development company, which was sold to a consortium of venture capital firms in 1996.  Roger has managed and invested in numerous privately held businesses prior to joining The Catalyst Group as an LP in 1996.  Roger holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Business from Iowa State University. Roger represents Catalyst in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
