Based in Kilgore, Texas, A&M was a service provider of oil and gas well tubing and casing installation and drill pipe laydown/pickup services. Bo-Gray Casing Co. (see below) and A&M comprised the dominant tubing and casing services company in their combined markets. Bo-Gray and A&M were sold to Tesco Corporation, a Calgary based public traded energy service provider, in October 2002.

Based in Houston, Elliott Valve (“EV”) was a forty plus year old value added distributor of and service provider for valves and related products for the greater Houston downstream process industry. EV’s primary lines were Consolidated relief valves and Masoneilan control valves manufactured by Dresser, Inc. EV was sold to Dresser, Inc. in September, 2001.

Greene’s Energy Group, LLC

Based in Lafayette, Louisiana with operations in multiple surrounding states, Greene’s Energy Group ("GEG") operates in three primary lines of service: a) hydrostatic pressure testing at the wellhead, b) pipeline maintenance and commissioning services, and c) drilling and production related services. GEG was sold to a private equity firm and management in December, 2006.

Industrial Equipment Rentals (Buckner Equipment)
Based in Houma, Louisiana, Buckner Equipment rented and sold industrial equipment throughout the Gulf Coast, from over twenty service points. Buckner was sold to Neff Equipment Rentals in July, 1997.

Lone Star Overnight
