Atteris Healthcare Names Chris Fashek Chief Executive Officer
The Board of directors of Atteris Healthcare LLC announced today that Chris Fashek, a nationally recognized health care business leader, will serve as Chief Executive Officer and a member of its board, effective immediately. Fashek will oversee the continued growth of the company and the commercial launch of its proprietary advanced wound- and skin-healing products that help enhance quality of life for patients.
Atteris Healthcare, a San Antonio-based company formed by Rochal Industries and The Catalyst Group Inc., will focus on the commercialization of the proprietary advanced wound and skin-healing products of Rochal as well as collaborate on research and development of next-generation wound care technologies. In addition, Fashek will serve as Vice Chairman of Rochal for the development of new, cutting-edge healthcare technologies.

Prior to joining Atteris, Chris served as President and CEO at Spiracur Inc., a venture capital backed startup in the negative pressure wound therapy industry. Before leading Spiracur, Fashek’s career included roles as Chairman of the Board for Systagenix, a private equity owned advanced wound care company, as well as President and Vice Chairman of KCI USA, currently known as Acelity L.P. Inc. In his early career prior to KCI, he managed several businesses in both U.S. and international pharmaceutical and consumer product industries for Sterling Drug, a division of Eastman Kodak.

Chris and his wife, Christine, reside in San Antonio. In addition to his new roles at Rochal and Atteris, he serves as a director at the IDN Summit, World Craniofacial Foundation and other commercial and charitable boards. Fashek received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Bachelor’s degree from Upsala College.
Atteris Healthcare LLC was founded in 2016 to commercialize and market products primarily in the wound and skin care markets.
